3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package via the YunExpress website or through our store's tracking page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@degangtrading.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for faster processing.
